Share Public Calendar

This week we added a feature that lets you share  your calendar’s public events (current as well as future) with people outside your DeskAway account.
From the Calendar section:

1. Click on ‘Share This Calendar’ link (on the left panel from the Calendar page). Only Super-Users will have access to this link.
2. A new month-view calendar page will open up with a list of all your public events.
3. Copy-paste the URL and share it with people whom you want to give access to your Public calendar. You can even have a link on your website which links to this URL.

Why did we add this?
- popular request from customers
- you can let people view the public calendar without having them to login (e.g. sales team, clients, partners etc.)

Issue Tracking
Issue Tracking helps you keep track of problems (that need a resolution) that arise when working on a project e.g. bugs in the software, site down, client cannot access the webpage etc. Issues are assigned to a team member, can be prioritized, commented upon and time-tracked.
- Easily add/edit and delete Issues
- Issue WorkflowAccept & complete an Issue
- Add Comments to an Issue
- Send an optional email notification
- Add Time to an Issue
- Filter Issues by people in your project
- New Issue Reports
- Export Issues to a spreadsheet

Experience the entire Issue Tracking on a single page without going to different pages to add/edit/delete etc!

Advanced Reporting
- Added ‘Timesheet’ and ‘Issue’ Pie chart reports available to all paid plans.
- Revised ‘Project Progress Reports’ under your projects. Downloading the spreadsheet with the entire project progress report is only available to paid plans.
