Why Get Satisfaction?
Get Satisfaction is a neat little app. for customer service. Click here to check it out and see how you can ask support questions, share ideas, and join in conversations. One of us will always be there to answer your questions.
We chose Get Satisfaction because:
1. The interface is really cool.
2. We believe in Software as a service - instead of hosting and running a forum script on our server, why not use their service.
3. Forums are old. Communities are new.
4. Who knows, you might find other products that you use out there - like a one-stop shop for your customer service needs.
