Before Basecamp, we tried to keep track in google docs. So far the reporting is much more suited for our needs. The Basecamp export is a nice feature although it imports to deskaway with the created dates all on the day you imported so it's taking us a long time to update the dates manually but I guess not as long as doing all the input manually.
