Tip - Setting up Silent Projects

You can keep a project “Silent” (without email notifications) or Email-enabled depending on how you like it.

To make a Project “Silent”, you have to login as a Super User and go to the “Add New Project” page for a New Project or Edit the Project for an existing/old project.

After making the Project silent DeskAway will not trigger any email notifications for any activity within this project. This is useful when you are setting up a project and don’t want to bother your team with too many email notifications.

Silent project’s have this icon next to the project name.

You can anytime convert a Silent Project to a Non Silent project by editing the project.
