DeskAway maintenance Sunday October 18, 2009

Thursday, October 15th, 2009

We are planning on moving to new servers (with the same hosting company, Rackspace) on Sunday October 25th, 2009 and hence need to migrate the application, functionality and settings to the new server on Sunday Oct 18, 2009 so that we can test out all the functionality before we make the final switch on October 25, 2009. This initial migration will happen on Sunday October 18, 2009, between 12:30 AM and 4:30 AM U.S. CDT and during this time your DeskAway account might experience some delay though everything will work as is.

We appreciate your patience and hope you understand that this is important for making the switch to new servers a week later (Oct 25, 2009). Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you,
The DeskAway Team
