So the hours are being tracked in Freshbooks. The time is not being sent to Deskaway. I am still left not knowing my time spent per project when in deskaway. It needs to be a two way integration - unless I am missing something. I just kept time for a project - using fresh books timer - logged it - went into deskaway and the time wasnt logged - it was mapped - as I was told to do. So I added the time in deskaway - and now in freshbooks I have a double set of hours HUH????? I don’t get the benefit - the timer is in freshbooks that tracks my time - and then I log it.
