Thanks! Currently you can do an export to excel within the 'Report' link from your project. Or, you can do an entire backup of all your project data from the Export/Backup link under Settings (you would need to be an Account Owner).

We are planning our API currently.

Cheers!

Sahil,

DeskAway is a great system and it's simplicity is it's greatest strength, but as Chris mentioned it would be great to at least be able to export to Export to Excel so we can manipulate and add to our custom reports at a minimum.

Having an API would be great for those of us who want to feed this data into our own dashboards, etc.

good feature, but what I'd really like is an API which would allow me to export live product data and evaluate via external dashboard. As my business becomes more complex, Deskaway's light feature set becomes more of a disadvantage. The data that is in Deskaway is locked up, and not easily integrated with other data sources (bookkeeping, crm, etc).
