Wednesday, October 6th, 2010If you really want to get spooked then try building a giant to-do list. I did it yesterday and it freaked the hell out of me. I thought I would do a brain-dump but instead got to the point where I didn’t want to come face to face with the list. Will I ever dare stare at it every morning? Nope!
Instead, what really works is coming up with 3-4 really important things you want to accomplish in a week or even 1 or 2 things in a day. Focus small. Take tiny steps. Imagine how you will feel when you have got these done by the end of the week. If it is a happy feeling then go for it and experience it for yourself.
Don’t let a list spook you. Ever.
