DeskAway's Export/ Backup functionality brings you the peace of mind that you always wanted. Daily, keep a backup copy of all your project and other stuff (we do backup all customer data once a day on our servers). The process is simple: (a) You request a backup of all your data (b) Request is queued in our system (c) We email you a link to the zipped file. This feature is great for project managers and owners who want to download their DeskAway data every now and then.
