Different organizations and groups have different expectations and needs. Hence, we offer you a way to try out DeskAway before committing to a paid plan. The Free plan can be used for as long as you wish. Once you need more project, users or file space, you are free to upgrade to any of the different paid plans.

Options	Free
Active Projects Active projects are projects that are ongoing or completed. These count towards your monthly paid projects. Archived projects are 'read-only' projects that donot count towards your monthly paid projects. Lets say you are on the Professional plan and have maxed out your 35 active projects. You can archive certain older projects so that you can add more active projects without upgrading your account. Note: You can archive projects in the Free Account but they will count towards the 3 active projects.	3
Users Except for the Free Account, you can add as many users as you like in all the paid plans. We charge a flat monthly subscription and NOT per user/ per month.	5

Project Templates Save your project as a template and then re-use the template while creating new projects. A great timesaver for projects that have similar processes!	-

User Permissions There are 3 levels of user permissions - Super, Regular and Limited User. Even when sharing files, docs etc. you will be able to choose to keep things private, public or shared.
Advertising Free	-
Time Zone Each individual user has his/her own timezone. This automatically adjusts an individual's time in the calendar and other places in DeskAway according to the timezone. Lets say you are in the UK and add a comment to a task. If I am in Australia, I will the see the comment in my local timezone.
