1. I have forgotten my username and/or password. What can I do?
Go to the login page of your DeskAway account and click on the link which says "I forgot my username/ password" below the password text field. Follow the steps from this page. We will send you an auto-generated password that you can change later.

2. How do I change my password?
Go to the login page of your DeskAway account and click on the link which says "I want to change my password" below the password text field. Follow the steps from this page. For security reasons, we will not send you the changed password via email.

3. What does the option "Remember me on this computer" mean?
You can check this option if you want to automatically login to your DeskAway account whenever you goto your DeskAway login page. Please donot check this option if you are using a shared or a public computer.

4. What should I do if I have "Remember me on this computer" option enabled and now I wish to disallow automatic login to my DeskAway account?
Simply click on the 'Logout' link from within your account. The automatic login will not be triggered next time you goto your DeskAway login page.

5. How can I see my company logo on the login page?
All paid plans have the ability to upload a logo from the 'Settings' page. This logo will show up on the login page as well as on the top left corner page of the application once you login.

6. I cannot login to my DeskAway account. What should I do now?
Try following these steps. If you still cannot login, then please send an email to support@deskaway.com with your account information.

a. Is your account name correct e.g. http://companyname.deskaway.com
b. Is your CAPS lock on by accident?
c. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. 'Jay' is not the same as 'jay'.
d. Try removing your cache and refreshing (hold down the 'shift') your browser.

7. Is the login page secure?
For added security, all login pages are secure (SSL) and have a 'https' in the URL above - whenever you login, your login information will be encrypted and sent to DeskAway. If you are not seeing the 'https' in the URL above, please contact support@deskaway.com

8. I keep forgetting my DeskAway login page. Why can't I login from www.deskaway.com?
Every company/team has their own unique DeskAway domain e.g. company1.deskaway.com or company2.deskaway.com. You (and all your team members) should bookmark this page so that you donot have to remember the URL everytime.

9. What is OpenID and how can I use it?
OpenID is a way to use a single digital identity to sign on to many different web services. Read more about OpenID on http://openid.net. All you need to do is to get an OpenID from a list of providers, set it up in your DeskAway account (login and goto My Account->Setup OpenID) and then sign on with your OpenID the next time you login.
