1. What are Reports and how do they help me?
Reports are good-looking charts and analytics that our system prepares for you so you don't have to do the calculations about how your projects are progressing. A picture does say a thousand words!
All our reports are printer-friendly.
2. What kind of Reports are available?
There are 2 main kinds of Reporting available at this time. We will be adding more reporting capabilities in the next few months:
a. Main "Reports" tab:
This could be because you have not entered an 'end date' to the Project or Milestone. Once you have, both, a 'start' and an 'end' date, you will clearly see a bar on the timeline.
4. Why can't I see any export links (to download my reports in a spreadsheet) in the free plan?
The 'export' functionality for the reports section is not included in the Free plan. You will need to upgrade your account to the minimum $10/month Personal plan.
5. What are User Reports?
User Reports are reports that show what a particular user is working on. Currently there are 2 kinds of User Reports - Summary & Detailed. You can access the User Reports from the main Team section. You can export a user's report to a spreadsheet program. User Reports are great when you want to know how many projects a user is handling and how much work does the user have outstanding or completed.
6. What is My Work Report?
The "My Work Report" is a report of what I am working on currently. It includes all Projects, Milestones, Tasks, Issues, Time Logs that are related to me.

- View All Project Timelines from 2007 to 2010
- View Total Number of Projects Per Category
- View All Project Status
- Project Progress Report
- Milestone Reports
- Task Reports
- Team Reports
