1. What is search section?
The Search section helps you find files, data or information within the entire system. This section will not search your computer or the Internet, only whatever has been saved previously on your DeskAway account.

2. Will I be able to search items in any or all sections of DeskAway?
Yes. All the sections that the search section goes through will be listed as searchable options. These include: Projects, Milestones, Task Lists, Tasks, Issues, Files, Docs, Messages, Calendar Events, Contacts, and Blogs.

3. How many items can be listed on the search page?
There is no limit on the number of items that can be displayed on the search page. The total number of items found will be displayed above the list of items.

4. Can we select a particular duration i.e. a month or a quarter to locate a file?
No. Currently you can search by keyword or phrase and not by time duration.

5. Will a search be conducted from all the past records i.e. one year, two years, etc?
The search will include any/ all items that have been saved or stored on the system since the start of your account.

6. Will the search access other team people's files and information?
No. The search will only access information directly related to you - either added by you or assigned to or shared with you.
