As a member of a virtual team that is a mix of members from inside and outside our company, it was imperative that all details of the project could be posted for everyone involved to review and update as necessary - even if they did not have access to the organizational Intranet and software.
They did not have any system prevalent to manage this, and inititally after adopting DeskAway, the initial attempts were met with some resistance internally. However, they felt that DeskAway's continued improvement and streamlined efforts, along with fast response times and better user interface, have kept it the product of choice.
Nina's team finds the 'Docs' section, with the posting of documents for common review, the most useful feature. More importantly, Nina feels that having all her work in a central location and being less dependent on email is the leading contribution that DeskAway brings to the working team. |
