We are back to work after a few of us took time off in the last couple of months to relax, travel the world and take a break from the online world. It's refreshing to come back to work with a new sense of energy and excitement. Over the next few months we have some super features planned up. Popularly demanded, the email integration feature is almost out of our pipeline and raring to go live (more on this below).

The new email integration feature (due to release within 10 days), DeskMail, will allow you and your team to add tasks and reply to task comments via email. For those of you using email on your smartphones (iPhone, Blackberry etc.), can easily email out tasks to your team members (just like you would normally) and still have a copy of it stored on your DeskAway account. When people reply to those tasks, new comments are added to the task and the entire communication thread can be tracked online! Very easy to use, hassle-free and keeps all your communication in one place.
