Welcome to the November 2009 edition of this newsletter.

Last month we completed a smooth migration to new servers at our hosting company. Thank you for your patience and support. This move delayed a couple of features that were in the pipeline for an October release but were then released this month. Check them out:


Priyanka, our social media expert has a new found hobby of photography. Check out some of her pictures on areas around the DeskAway HQ.

Looking to upgrade your plan? Upgrade to any of our plans till 30th November 2009 and knock-off 10%. This includes our monthly as well as yearly plans!

Login to your account, click on the 'Settings' tab -> 'Account Information and follow the steps to upgrading the account. Finally, when you reach the 2Checkout page (they handle payments for us) just key in DA2009 in the 'If you have a coupon code enter it here:' text box. Thats it! Just follow the rest of the steps to upgrade your account.

Your new upgraded account will be activated immediately! Offer valid until 30th November, 2009.

Upcoming Features

iPhone + Mobile Website - We are putting the final fixes on a lightweight iPhone and mobile website so that you will be able to access limited features of your projects on your mobile phone while on the go.

Uploading files within Issues - This one is long due and on our list. You will soon be able to accompany a screenshot with an Issue.

DeskMail extends to Issues + Messages - Currently, with DeskMail you add tasks and comments to tasks via email. We will be extending this functionality to Issues and Messages as well.

Small Enhancements - Ongoing enhancements and tweaks are a part of our monthly process. These include really small features, touch-ups and fixes.

What’s holding them back (besides poor bandwidth penetration in some areas) when they can pay a monthly subscription, not have to worry about installation, upgrades and have access to the same tools that their competitors have?
